Korean Equestrian Federation invites the Equestrian Federations of Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore to send one rider and one official for this event. The following countries are invited for the Team event (three riders): China, Japan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Chinese Taipei and Korea.

The competition will be held in the KRA (Korea Racing Association) Equestrian Park in Seoul from April 9th to 11th , 2004.

Maximum height for this event on the borrowed horses is 1.20m.

The prize money for the Team and Individual events total to US$20,000.
