New Rules for Western European League
A new procedure will be established for riders qualified for the World Cup Competitions in the Western European League. The Jumping Committee finds the Friday competition lacks excitement due to the high number of pre-qualified riders. The Committee will work out the details on how to reduce the number of pre-qualified riders from 33 to 24.

Results From Hagen
Hagen, July 4, 2004. Roy Ibrahim, Indonesia (Senior) finished 5th in the FEI/PSI World Dressage Challenge 2004 (Prix St. George test). Ellesse Tzinberg, Malaysia (Children test) was placed fourth out of 15 riders. Results.

Singapore Forms
the SEA Games 2005 Preparations Committee
Singapore, July 2, 2004. In the lead to the SEA Games 2005, Manila, Philippines, Singapore Equestrian Federation (EFS) formed the SEA Games Preparation Committee. N.Y.Ho (SIN), experienced FEI International showjumping judge, was appointed as the Committee President and Evelyn Goh (SIN), EFS
Honorary Secretary, as a Committee Vice-President.
Uwe Spenlen (GER), FEI/PSI Dressage Challenge Judge in Group VIII (2002-2003), has been appointed EFS Advisor and Consultant Coach for the Singapore Equestrian Federation in the lead to the SEA Games 2005.
