Aim
The aim is to develop an FEI Coaching System, using an agreed syllabus for
the on-going education and improvement of coaches in all equestrian
disciplines in Developing NFs for the benefit of the sport and all those
involved. The coaches produced by these courses will be jointly accredited
by the NF and FEI.
Principles
The FEI
Coaching System (oriented towards competitions) is based on providing

their turn continue the system in their region.

therefore essential that there are suitable courses of the correct standard

All

purpose of this assessment is to assist and guarantee all Assistant Coaches
and Coaches to remain up to standard.
