FEI EVENTING WORLD CUP FINAL

The 2004 FEI Eventing World Cup Final will take place at the Domaine de Sers near the French city of Pau. Seventeen qualifiers in 12 countries were organised from November 2003 through to September 2004. In order to ensure the participation of as many countries as possible and following the 2004 FEI Eventing World Regulations, riders will be qualified for the Final according to their final ranking and subject to the following quotas per
nation:

Group 1
Australia, Great Britain, USA; New Zealand, France: max. 5 riders from each nation

Group 2
Germany, Ireland, Sweden: max. 4 riders from each nation

Group 3
Belgium, Brazil, Italy: max. 3 riders from each nation

Group 4
All other nations: max 2 riders from each nation

A maximum number of 50 riders will be invited to the Final. The list of entries is currently being finalised and will be announced in due course. The Final rankings are available on the FEI website www.horsesport.org.

The competition will be organised according to the following schedule:

Friday, 22 October, 9h00 – 17h00 – Dressage Saturday, 23 October, 14h00 – 16h00 – Cross Country Sunday, 24 October, 15h00 – 17h00 – Jumping followed by Prize-giving ceremony

A CIC 2* and CEIO * Young Riders will take place in conjunction with the FEI Eventing World Cup Final.

FEI WORLD CUP JUMPING

The Western European League is about to start in Oslo (8-10 October).
