Dr. Ronald W. Meredith has over thirty years experience as president of the school and has developed it from its humble beginning of six students in 1963 to its current world class level. Because of his outstanding contributions to the horse industry and specifically to equestrian education he has received a number of distinctive recognitions. One of the most significant is an Honorary Doctorate of Equestrian Studies Degree from Salem College in 1981, the only degree of this kind in the world. Dr. Meredith has held seven AHSA judges cards and has trained top level horses and riders in the cutting and reining world.

Faith is a Director of the Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre and has over twenty years experience as a professional in the horse industry. She has successfully competed and trained horses and riders through FEI levels of Dressage. Faith holds a BS Degree in education.

Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre is an accredited post-secondary school that trains men and women for a career in the horse industry. The Centre is the originator of the Riding Master programs and offer Riding Master I through VI. Meredith Manor International also offer career emphasis educational courses in teaching, training, farrier, horse health, massage therapy, breeding, business, and riding. Students work to improve their own skill base and theoretical understanding. The result of such a program is the increasing capability to influence a horse to higher and higher levels of mental and physical accomplishments.

Meredith Manor's name and reputation are known by serious horse people throughout the world. Students from the ages of eighteen to sixty-three have attended the School from every state and many foreign countries. Meredith Manor strives to provide a climate of learning in which each student may identify and accomplish his/her goals. We are committed to a teaching and learning process that will provide our students with the critical skills necessary to enjoy life-long careers in the horse industry.
